July Child are THE rascals of the jewellery world. Sinead (the Founder) designs all of the super nostalgic, groovy jewellery from her studio in Manchester.

From our initial audit we found plenty of room for improvement. The structure of the ad account didn’t compliment the way Facebook tests various elements in campaigns and creatives were fairly limited which held back the perception of the brand.

Some campaigns weren’t hitting the desired ROAS and overall the account wasn’t heading in the right direction.

What we did

The jewellery isn’t cheap (rightly so, it’s bloody amazing) so one important element for us was the perception of the brand, product quality and price justification.

We worked with Sinead to introduce more UGC (user-generated content) into the creative strategy alongside a new structure across the whole ad account.

After introducing the new content & structure, we quickly found what works best when it comes to approaching new customers & nurturing existing rascals.
