MALLET London are a house-hold luxury British footwear brand stocked and sold all over the world.
Historically managed in-house, MALLET wanted to find a way to scale their activity on Meta whilst retaining profitability but couldn’t quite make it work.
The team were also keen to focus heavily on new customer acquisition, not just retargeting.
What we did
We immediately consolidated the campaign structure to reduce auction overlap/wasted ad spend.
We worked closely with the incredibly creative team at MALLET to produce mobile-first user-generated content for ads (improving engagement and raw connections with our audience).
We made sure we added the appropriate exclusions/definitions to really lock down the new customer acquisition efforts.
